When you use ATA7ADAK Application, you trust us with your personal data. We respect this trust and are committed to ensuring your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the rules regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when using our Service. The Service includes both the site and the application available for a free one-day trial on the App Store and Google Play stores. After the trial, users will be transferred to a payment structure, with fees of 75 SAR per month, 149 SAR for a full cycle (3 months), and 499 SAR for a one-year subscription.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all users of ATA7ADAK services globally, regardless of their country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information according to this policy. If there are undefined terms in this Privacy Policy, they carry the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

   A. Data Provided by Users: This includes your profile information (name, email, phone number, login details, address, profile picture, payment or banking information, birthdate, physical measurements, and health conditions) and any information you submit when you contact ATA7ADAK customer support, provide ratings, or file compliments or complaints.

 

   B. Data Created During Use of Our Services: This includes your current health status, transaction information, usage data, and device data.

 

3. User's Right to Delete and Erase Personal Information

 In accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia, ATA7ADAK respects and acknowledges your right to control your personal data. All users, regardless of their country of residence, have the right to delete their account and erase all their personal information at any time. This right is not limited to any specific country and applies equally to all users globally.

Upon confirming your request, all your personal data held by ATA7ADAK will be permanently erased from our database, including but not limited to your name, email address, physical address, workout history, and any other information that can be used to identify you.

Please note, once your account is deleted, we will not be able to recover any of your data, and any progress made in our programs will be lost. Also, if you choose to use our services in the future, you will need to create a new account and begin your fitness journey from the start. 

User Data Deletion Process

Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time. To initiate this process, users must submit a formal request via email to support@ata7adak.com. Upon receipt of the request, we will first verify the user's identity to ensure the security and integrity of the data. Users will be required to provide proof of identity to confirm that the request is legitimate. Once the user's identity is verified, the data deletion process will be completed within 30 days. Users will be notified upon the successful deletion of their data. Please note that certain data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as required by law.

 4. How We Use Personal Data

 We use the collected data for various purposes such as:

- Improving and maintaining ATA7ADAK Services.

- Notifying you about changes to our Service.

- Providing customer care and support.

- Providing analysis or valuable information to improve the Service.

- Monitoring the usage of the ata7adak Service.

- Detecting, preventing and addressing technical issues.

- Enabling accessibility features for users with special needs.

- Performing internal operations necessary to provide our services.

ATA7ADAK collects certain pieces of health-related data in order to provide you with a more personalized and effective fitness experience. This data includes your heart rate, calories burned, height, sleep data, and weight.

  • Heart rate data helps us determine the intensity of your workouts and assess your overall cardiovascular fitness.

  • Calories burned are used to monitor your energy expenditure during workouts and help guide dietary recommendations.

  • Your height and weight are crucial for calculating Body Mass Index (BMI) and providing customized workout and nutrition plans.

  • Sleep data allows us to understand your rest patterns, which play a vital role in recovery and overall fitness progression.

Collecting and analyzing these data points enable us to provide you with tailored fitness programs, track your progress, and offer personalized guidance to help you reach your health and fitness goals more effectively. 6.  Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure 

ATA7ADAK will share only overall information for its customers with the related governmental partners entities for studies purposes. Individual details will be only shared with medical professionals partners who paid for their patients subscriptions and also after collecting their consents officially.

 

8. How We Save Information

We use internationally approved safe methods to collect, store, and analyze data to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

 

9. Amendments to the Privacy Policy

ATA7ADAK reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy at any time if necessary. We invite our users to review this page periodically to stay updated on the latest changes and how we protect their personal data.

By using the ATA7ADAK app, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you may choose not to use our services.
